ALBUQUERUE, NM, October 16th, 2019 – Rinchem Company, Inc., an Albuquerque-based Chemical Management Services corporation, proudly announces the acquisition of trucking business, Carolina Tank Lines based in Burlington, North Carolina.
Carolina Tank Lines (“CTL”) offers transportation services focused on medical instruments and supplies as well as diagnostics and food industries. Their service model complements Rinchem’s mission of being the most responsive provider of logistics and chemical management services. The acquisition will also be a valuable addition to the current fleet of transportation assets within the growing Rinchem logistics network.

The former owner of CTL, Tony Capps, stated, “I was happy when the Rinchem team approached me about this acquisition. This merger was facilitated by Chapman Associates and Rodey Law. Chapman Associates is a leading mid-market mergers and acquisitions firm specializing in logistics and transportation. Their Greensboro, NC office helped negotiate the agreement for the two companies. Rodey Law, based in Albuquerque, NM, focuses on mergers and acquisitions. Their team was responsible for executing the acquisition documents.
